Brief: This behemoth of a project all started out as a single task to create a logo for a new real estate educational platform called The Establishment. The initial logo project took about a month but then soon after, the rest of the branding was requested to be designed. A couple of video projects and company direction changes later they asked me to dive into a full time position. These new building project locations would need their own sub-branding and their own websites (for example, here is the website for north end lofts by The Establishment Group), a lot of work cut out for a small design team. The brand initially started out teaching young adults how to get into the industry by financing and renovating duplexes but then quickly shifted into teaching investors and local developers how to build multilevel mixed housing units with retail on the main floor. The founders have so much knowledge and experience in this industry that it would be silly of them not to mentor others to use their diversified portfolios to their advantage. Project after project, more and more people became interested in the brand. Investors wanted a piece of it. TEG is now up to 3 locations across the country that mixed housing is being constructed in. This brand is still growing and evolving at a steady rate so stay tuned for the latest updates and developments.
